When you are finished ordering through Paypal, they will alert us (you and me) of your purchase(s) and you'll get a confirmation email from Paypal. You need only to retain your paypal confirmation. We include a map/directions on this website for our computer savvy friends.
If you went the personal check way, you will send that with the printable order form. When I receive that, I'll send you back a confirmation letter/map via the USPS right away.
Watch this website carefully for notification of events reaching SOLD OUT status, as that is closely monitered and reported for your and my convenience. To be put on a waiting list (which are actually very effective), phone the ranch at 209.296.4519 from 9am until 9pm - Check with Tom for inclusion on list and for specific seating or other needs.
Arranging advance payment is unavoidable due to catering logistics as well and other limitations. We try to accomodate everybody and all reasonable requests.
